Broccoli pottage

Pour 2-3 heads of onion with little olive oil and water, stew for 20 minutes then add 2 carrots and 2-3 garlic cloves,continuing to boil. Fill the water and put in as well a small chopped potato – 1 kg. Continue cooking for 15 minutes. Spice according to your wish (salt,pepper, dried vegetables, parsley). Then add washed and finely chopped broccoli – 1 kg. Cook all together for another 15-20 minutes. If necessary, add water or first mix all with the stick mixer, so if you see that pottage is too thick, add more water.

Serve with sour cream, cheese or with crunchy bread.
